🚚 Shipping Across India
We’re delighted to offer Pan India shipping.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after they’re confirmed. During new launches, festive seasons, or sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.
📦 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across most serviceable locations.
A COD handling charge of ₹100 is applicable per order.
⏳ Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen logistical issues beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, we’ll be happy to assist you with tracking and updates.
❌ Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing and packing it shortly after the order is placed.
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or contact details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
🏷️ Sale & Promotional Orders
Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance events are not eligible for size exchange, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
